Self Portrait

Despite the fact that these images define my identity and allow others to recognize me, they cannot give a total and true portrait. My actions define how other people view me - even when my actions are misperceived. This self-portrait exposes the need for transparency if we want to be defined by our interior selves, because our interior is expressed most effectively to others by our outward appearance.

The video is a series of hand drawn images done by pen and marker, which were then scanned and compiled using iMovie.
